Camera runs beyond 100 m need long-reach / ePoE switches and NVRs — 100 m is the IEEE 802.3 limit per channel. Up to about 200 m on this cable with that equipment.
Leave a drip loop before the cable enters the building and seal the entry — the jacket is UV-stable, the connector is not.

WC-2268K — common questions
What is WC-2268K?
WC-2268K is the WIAN CAT6A U/UTP Outdoor — a CAT6A U/UTP LAN cable from the Neo Series with 100% Pure Copper · 23 AWG conductors and a Double LDPE jacket, for outdoor runs. Full part code WC-2268K-NEO-305. Supplied in 305 m tangle-free box or wooden reel.
Is WC-2268K pure copper or CCAM?
Pure copper — solid 23 AWG conductors (100% Pure Copper · 23 AWG). Choose it for tenders, long PoE runs and anything you don't want to re-pull.
Can WC-2268K be used indoors?
It is built for outdoor runs with a UV-stable Double LDPE jacket, so indoors it is over-specified but works. The indoor equivalent is WC-2212G (LSZH jacket).
How fast is WC-2268K and how far will it run a CCTV camera?
CAT6A rated for 10G — ten times CAT6. It runs an IP camera on PoE up to about 200 m with long-reach / ePoE equipment (100 m per channel is the IEEE 802.3 limit).
Is WC-2268K approved on GeM?
Yes. WIAN is an Approved OEM on GeM (Government e-Marketplace) in the Q2 category for LAN cables, and WC-2268K is part of that range — government departments, PSUs and institutions can procure it directly through GeM.
How is WC-2268K packed?
305 m Tangle-Free Box or Wooden Reel — 305 m per pack. The tangle-free box suits short pulls off the counter; the wooden reel suits long continuous site pulls.
