Camera runs beyond 100 m need long-reach / ePoE switches and NVRs — 100 m is the IEEE 802.3 limit per channel. Up to about 200 m on this cable with that equipment.
Bond the armour at one end only in the panel, and keep the bend radius to at least 8× the cable diameter on the way into the trench.

Is WC-2284K pure copper or CCAM?
Pure copper — solid 23 AWG conductors (100% Pure Copper · 23 AWG). Choose it for tenders, long PoE runs and anything you don't want to re-pull.
Can WC-2284K be used indoors?
It is built for burial and exposed, crush-prone routes with a UV-stable LDPE jacket, so indoors it is over-specified but works. The indoor equivalent is WC-2217G (FR-PVC jacket).
How fast is WC-2284K and how far will it run a CCTV camera?
CAT6A rated for 10G — ten times CAT6. It runs an IP camera on PoE up to about 200 m with long-reach / ePoE equipment (100 m per channel is the IEEE 802.3 limit). Wi-Barrier Tape blocks alien cross-talk from neighbouring cables in a bundle while the cable stays U/UTP, so no earthing is needed.
